OUR CARE PLANS

Support that fits
life at home.

We’re preparing personal assistance as our first service focus, with home health as a future stage. Here’s how those plans fit together.

01 / INITIAL FOCUS

Personal
assistance.

IN PREPARATION

Support for the everyday.

Our initial plan is non-medical personal assistance for daily life at home. The starting point is a person’s routines and preferences: what they want to keep doing themselves, where help would be welcome, and what a good day looks like to them.

We’re preparing the agency and defining the service scope before we accept clients. Specific tasks, schedules, staffing arrangements, service areas, and payment options will be announced when those details are confirmed.

What we want a first conversation to make clear.

  • What matters most to the person receiving support.
  • The kind of help they are exploring.
  • What the agency can provide and any limits.
  • The information needed before discussing a service plan.

These are the principles guiding our preparation. They are not a current offer of care.

02 / FUTURE VISION

Home health.
A future chapter.

PLANNED FUTURE STAGE

A broader vision, prepared with care.

Licensed home health is a future stage of our plan. This would require its own licensing, qualified clinical leadership and staffing, policies, and operational readiness.

We are not currently offering skilled nursing, therapy, or other clinical home health services. Our company name is not a statement that those services are available or that a payer covers them.

As preparation progresses, this page will identify any confirmed services and explain how they can be accessed. Until then, opening information remains the place to check our current status.
